FACILITY EVENT SPACE RENTAL INFORMATION

The Andrew County Museum Event Space includes the following:

• Kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and sink
• An approximately 75 X 35 foot open area
• Restroom facilities
• Nine, 8 foot long white tables
• 6 foot long white folding tables (upon request)
• Sixty padded folding chairs 
• Additional metal folding chairs available upon request
• Counter/greeting area
• On site parking with designated handicap spaces

Cost for a five-hour rental is $100 for members of the Andrew County Museum and Historical Society, and $150 for nonmembers.

In order to rent the space, a rental agreement must be completed and renters will also need to provide a $200 refundable deposit. Rent and deposit must both be paid to hold the event space.

Renters will be responsible for providing all supplies needed.

Renters will also be responsible for setting up and tearing down chairs and tables, removing all personal items and trash, and cleaning up after the event.

Trash bags, broom and dustpan, and cleaning supplies can be found in the kitchen or can be obtained from the museum employee on premises.  

Contents in kitchen cabinets not available for use. Also, to protect our paint and surfaces, we kindly ask that you do not attach decorations or signs to the walls or display cases.

*AN IMPORTANT NOTE: As this space is part of the museum, there will be artifacts on display in exhibits. Please refrain from moving or touching any artifacts or displays.
