Make an Appointment
Because of the many original Andrew County Records that are stored in the Genealogy Department, researchers must be accompanied by a volunteer or member of museum staff. Due to limited numbers of volunteers, the museum cannot accommodate walk-in researchers at this time. Except under very special circumstances, all genealogy appointments must be scheduled for regular museum hours between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., Tuesday-Friday.
Written genealogy queries will be answered in the order that they are received. The museum unfortunately cannot guarantee response times. However, if you have not had a response to your request, you may e-mail a followup request.
